2025 3rd International Conference on Internet of Things and Cloud Computing Technology (IoTCCT 2025) is sponsored by Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology,  which was successfully held on September 27-29, 2025  in Haikou, China.

On September 27, 2025, the 3rd International Conference on Internet of Things and Cloud Computing Technology (IoTCCT 2025) was grandly inaugurated in Haikou, Hainan.

2025年9月27日，第三届物联网与云计算技术国际学术会议（IoTCCT 2025）于海南海口隆重启幕。

This conference was hosted primarily by Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology, and jointly organized by the Hainan Provincial Intelligent Internet of Things Engineering Technology Research Center and the Science and Technology Association of Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology. It attracted over 200 top experts and scholars from both home and abroad. The participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the latest research developments and technological frontiers in the related fields, effectively promoting the deep integration and collaborative development between academia and industry.

本届大会由海南科技职业大学牵头主办，海南省智慧物联网工程技术研究中心、海南科技职业大学科学技术协会联合承办，吸引了逾200位来自海内外的顶尖专家与学者齐聚一堂。与会代表围绕相关领域的最新科研动态与技术前沿进行了深入研讨，有效促进了学术界与产业界的深度融合与协同发展。

Professor Wei Yingbin, Vice President of Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology, extended a warm welcome to both online and offline attendees on behalf of the organizers in his opening speech. He introduced the university’s distinctive features and achievements as the only pilot institution for undergraduate-level vocational education in Hainan Province, and emphasized that this conference would significantly promote technological innovation and academic collaboration in the fields of Internet of Things and cloud computing. He wished the conference great success and looked forward to fruitful academic exchanges among the experts gathered in Haikou.

Professor Wang Xianpeng, a National Young Yangtze River Scholar

In his opening speech, Professor Wang Xianpeng, a National Young Yangtze River Scholar, extended a warm welcome to the participating experts and scholars on behalf of the organizing committee. He pointed out that although the integration of Internet of Things and cloud computing technologies has driven innovation across many fields, challenges such as data security and energy efficiency balance remain, requiring collaborative breakthroughs from the global academic and industrial communities. He expressed his hope that this conference will promote in-depth exchanges and help establish IoTCCT as a more influential international cooperation platform.

国家青年长江学者王咸鹏教授在开幕致辞中，代表组委会对与会专家学者表示热烈欢迎。他指出，物联网与云计算技术的融合虽推动了多个领域的创新，但仍面临数据安全、能效平衡等挑战，需全球学界与产业界协同突破。他期待本次会议能促进深度交流，将IoTCCT建设成为更具影响力的国际合作平台。

Professor Mou Haiwei, Vice President of Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology, presided over the opening ceremony, and the keynote report session was chaired by Professor Wang Chongtai, Director of the Research Office.

This conference invited several renowned experts and scholars to deliver keynote speeches, including Professor Celimuge Wu (Foreign Member of the Japan Academy of Engineering, The University of Electro-Communications, Japan), Professor Chen Xiyuan (Southeast University), Professor Azlan Mohd Zain (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia), and Professor Xu Yi (Anhui University).

本届会议邀请了多位知名专家学者作主旨报告，包括日本工程院外籍院士策力木格教授（日本电气通信大学）、陈熙源教授（东南大学）、Azlan Mohd Zain教授（马来西亚理工大学）、安徽大学徐怡教授。

The four experts conducted in-depth academic presentations and exchanges focusing on key scientific issues in the fields of Internet of Things and cloud computing technology.

四位专家围绕物联网与云计算技术领域的关键科学问题进行了深入的学术分享与交流。

Two parallel sessions were organized, featuring 28 oral presentations by young scholars. Awards were given for Best Paper (2 recipients), Best Oral Presentation (4 recipients), and Best Poster (2 recipients).

共设立2个分会场，举办了28场青年学者口头报告，评选出最佳论文奖（2人）、最佳口头报告（4人）、最佳海报奖（2人）。

会议内容聚焦于智能感知技术、边缘计算架构、云边协同机制、物联网安全与隐私保护、大数据分析与服务集成等关键研究方向，集中展示了物联网与云计算领域的最新科技成果与创新实践。

The conference focused on key research areas such as intelligent sensing technologies, edge computing architectures, cloud-edge collaborative mechanisms, IoT security and privacy protection, as well as big data analytics and service integration, showcasing the latest scientific achievements and innovative practices in the fields of Internet of Things and cloud computing.

本届会议的成功举办，标志着该领域学术交流平台日趋成熟，为科研成果的转化与产业化提供了有力支撑。会议不仅促进了国内外学者之间的深度协作，也推动了多学科在物联网与云计算框架下的交叉融合，为学科发展注入了新思路与新动力。
